Last minute cancellations / No show clients
Imagine Salon & Spa has had a No-Show Client Policy and a Last-minute cancellation policy in effect for a very long time, however because we understand at times circumstances require a last-minute cancellation, and knowing long time loyal clients may miss an appointment, we have too often allowed this policy to be excused.
Imagine Salon & Spa can no longer absorb the costs associated with no show clients or last-minute cancellations. The frequency of no shows and last-minute cancellations has become a concern to clients seeking an appointment, stylists / aestheticians who lose revenue and cannot accompany a client as well as the salon which is detrimental to everyone.
Therefore, please be advised of the following policy.
• A $25.00 fee will be applied to clients who do not cancel within 24 hours.
• A 50% of service will be applied to repeat offenders, as well as a credit card on file will be required for future bookings.
• Third time, full cost of service will be applied.
NOTE: Imagine Salon & Spa will evaluate reasons for no-show or last-minute cancellations case by case.
It is YOUR responsibility to contact the salon a minimum of 24 hours prior to your service.
Imagine Salon & Spa makes EVERY effort to confirm your appointment in advance.
1) By email 48 hours prior to appointment
2) By Cell, SMS (Short Message Service) on your Smart, Android or iPhone.
3) If we notice you have not confirmed the day before, we make every effort to call you.
If none of the efforts Imagine Salon & Spa offers to confirm your appointment and result in you not making it on time for your appointment, the above policy will be enacted.

Timely and specific select services will require a 50% deposit upon booking.
